Qatar, which played a crucial role in negotiating a week-long pause in November, pledges to continue efforts to push for a ceasefire.

Despite the humanitarian crisis worsening in Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insists that the “war is in full swing.” Meanwhile, the head of UNRWA describes the situation in Gaza as “hell on earth.” Talks of a ceasefire and international sanctions continue amid the escalating conflict.
