Inaki Williams has always known his brother Nico was special. Even though Nico used to get nervous during his youth games, Inaki, already a star in Bilbao, supported him.

Inaki, 29, helped raise Nico while their parents worked hard to make ends meet.

Inaki is the first black player to establish himself at San Mames, having made over 300 La Liga appearances.

Now, Nico, eight years younger, is also making waves in football.

The brothers are preparing to play together in the Copa del Rey final, aiming to win Athletic Club’s first major trophy in 40 years.

Their journey reflects the immigrant experience and the power of family support.

The Williams brothers have become symbols of hope and opportunity in Bilbao’s football culture.
