Nick Mavar, known for his time on “Deadliest Catch,” passed away at 59 after a medical emergency in Naknek, Alaska.

He appeared on the show from 2005 to 2021 and left after a serious health scare in 2020.

Mavar later sued his captain and the production company for over $1 million, claiming negligence in handling his medical emergency.
