Israeli Border Watch Units’ Warnings of Hamas Attack Ignored

In the months leading up to the October 7 attacks by Hamas, female surveillance units along the Gaza border repeatedly observed suspicious activities, including practice raids and unusual behavior by individuals on the other side of the fence.

Despite passing on this information to higher-ranking officers, the warnings were allegedly ignored.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) is facing criticism for not heeding the signs, as revealed by testimonies from these young women.

Tragically, many of them were among the casualties when Hamas carried out its deadly assault. The IDF’s response to these warnings is now under scrutiny, raising questions about a potential intelligence failure.
