KFC in Nigeria had to say sorry after an airport shut down one of its stores because they treated a disabled person badly.

The person, Adebola Daniel, said on social media that he was told to leave because he uses a wheelchair. His story made many people upset.

Adebola said it was very embarrassing for him. He explained how the store manager wouldn’t serve him, even though his family tried to help.

They were at Lagos airport, one of Nigeria’s busiest, when this happened.

After the incident, KFC Nigeria apologized to Adebola and promised to train its staff to be more understanding.

The airport authority made KFC apologize and ordered them to show a policy against discrimination in their store before reopening.

So, because they treated a disabled person poorly, KFC had to say sorry and promise to do better.
