ANC loses legal battle over name and logo to Zuma’s MK party in South Africa.

The court ruled in favor of uMkhonto we Sizwe, allowing them to use the name and logo, a significant victory ahead of the May general election.

Zuma, ousted over corruption allegations, still wields influence in his home province.

The judge emphasized that the high court was not the place to settle historical disputes. ANC argues trademark is about legacy and vows to continue legal fight.
