Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, recently shared a personal story about a serious health scare she faced while planning her wedding.
The 25-year-old, whom Snoop shares with his wife, Shanté Broadus, experienced a stroke in January, which left her in shock and emotionally shaken.
In a preview for an upcoming TV special called Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood: Cori & Wayne’s Story, she opened up about the terrifying event, saying she was overwhelmed with fear and confusion.
Parade reported that Cori was deeply affected, breaking down in tears after doctors told her what had happened.
The special, airing on December 5 at 10 p.m. ET on E!, will cover Cori’s health challenges and her wedding preparations with her fiancé, Wayne Duece.
According to Parade, Cori revealed her health had been getting worse, and the moment she learned of the stroke left her feeling both “hurt” and “scared.”
This health scare is especially concerning since Cori has been battling lupus, an autoimmune disease, since she was just six years old. The TV special will capture her journey through these challenges and also delve into her relationship with Wayne.
In a clip from the show, Cori admitted that she and Wayne have been struggling, with Wayne even questioning if they should go through with the marriage.
Parade emphasized that fans will get a closer look into Cori’s struggles and their relationship dynamics when the show premieres.
