Princess Catherine, also known as Kate, has left the hospital after nearly two weeks following surgery on her abdomen. She’s back home in Windsor and getting better.
No one saw her leaving the hospital. We don’t know exactly what surgery she had, but it will take her a while to fully recover.
She won’t be doing any official work until after Easter. She’s been out of the public eye since Christmas and went into and out of the hospital without being seen.
The King, Charles, had a prostate procedure at the same hospital. He’s doing alright and is still there. His procedure was for a non-cancerous issue common in older men.
His decision to talk about it publicly aims to encourage other men to get checked. It seems his openness is helping raise awareness about this health issue.
