Electricity has been reinstated across Tanzania following a widespread blackout that affected many areas on Monday.
The outage, which began around 02:00 local time, was caused by a technical issue at the Kidatu hydroelectric power plant in the east.
Despite efforts to resolve the problem, some regions still experienced power cuts, with officials working to address the situation promptly.
