A German Man Gets 217 Covid Vaccines, Surprisingly No Harm Done
In an unusual case documented in The Lancet Infectious Diseases journal, a 62-year-old man from Germany has received 217 Covid vaccinations against medical advice. This happened over 29 months, with the shots being bought and administered privately.
Despite concerns, the man didn’t suffer any negative effects, according to researchers from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
They conducted tests on his blood and saliva samples to understand how his immune system reacted to the repeated vaccinations.
While there were suspicions of fraud, investigations didn’t lead to criminal charges. The man’s immune system showed no signs of fatigue from the excessive vaccinations, and he had never been infected with Covid.
However, the researchers don’t recommend hyper-vaccination as a strategy. They emphasize that current research supports the standard approach of three doses of vaccination and regular booster shots for vulnerable groups.
Overall, this case offers insight into the body’s response to multiple Covid vaccinations, but it’s not a practice to be encouraged.
