President Joe Biden’s Democrats are rallying against a possible agenda for Donald Trump if he wins the upcoming election.

The plan, called Project 2025, was created by the conservative Heritage Foundation and outlines major changes such as firing thousands of civil servants, increasing presidential power, dismantling federal agencies, and cutting taxes.

Heritage Foundation’s president, Kevin Roberts, mentioned the idea of a “second American Revolution,” which the Biden campaign criticized as promoting violence.

Project 2025 has sparked a strong response from Democrats, with some labeling it a plan to dismantle democratic institutions and push a far-right agenda.

Congressman Jared Huffman announced a task force to oppose it, calling it a “dystopian plot.” In response, the Heritage Foundation accused Biden’s party of scaremongering.

The Project 2025 document details several key proposals: consolidating federal power under the president, overhauling immigration policies, reducing support for renewable energy, slashing taxes, and imposing stricter controls on tech and education, including banning pornography and removing terms like “gender equality” from laws.

This plan is part of a broader platform known as Agenda 47, aimed at guiding a potential second Trump presidency.

The Heritage Foundation has a history of producing similar policy documents and has allocated a $22 million budget for Project 2025.
