Temu, an online store, aired a bunch of ads during the Super Bowl, which made some people pretty mad.

They’ve been in trouble before for selling stuff cheap and maybe not treating workers right.

People on social media were upset, saying Temu shouldn’t spend so much on ads when they sell things cheap. Some even joked that the ads were like games where your credit card info gets stolen!

Others were worried about privacy issues with the app. Someone even called Temu a “gross company.” But get this—Temu said they were giving away $10 million in prizes during the game!

We don’t know how much they spent on ads yet, but they kept airing more, so it’s probably a lot. So, while some folks were frustrated, Temu was making a splash with their ads.
