Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara have chosen the acts from ‘AGT’ that received at least three yeses. These chosen acts will move forward to the Live Shows.
The tryouts are done, and the judges have gone through all the acts they liked. They picked the 55 best acts for the America’s Got Talent Live Shows. The shows will start on Tuesday, August 22, with about 11 acts performing. The 55 acts that are moving forward include a great mix of singers, dancers, comedians, magicians, ventriloquists, and acts that involve danger.
Every week, the two acts with the most votes from the audience will go straight to the finale of the show. Then, the top 10 contestants will be joined by an 11th contestant who gets saved by the viewers on September 20th. Four acts that were eliminated before will be considered for this save, and each judge will pick one.
The finalists will compete to win a $1 million prize and the chance to be the main act at “America’s Got Talent Presents SUPERSTARS Live” at Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
During the live shows of “America’s Got Talent,” people who watch the show can choose their favorite performer by voting on NBC’s website, NBC.com/AGTVote, or by using the “AGT” App. The app is found on Google Play and the App Store.
