Hip-hop star Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman.
This new lawsuit, filed in New York, is the 12th against him. The woman, who goes by Jane Doe in the case, claims Combs abused her over a four-year period starting in late 2020.
She alleges that Combs drugged her and sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. She also says Combs pressured her into group sex and recorded these acts without her permission.
In one specific event from July 2022, the lawsuit claims Combs forced the woman to take the drug ketamine, which made her lose consciousness. Soon after, she found out she was pregnant.
The lawsuit also alleges that one of Combs’ associates pressured her to get an abortion, but she later had a miscarriage.
The woman says Combs made her fear for her safety by monitoring her phone and location and discouraging her from working so he could control her financially.
Her lawyers have stated, “Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
Combs, who is already facing criminal charges for racketeering and sex trafficking, has denied all allegations, including 11 previous lawsuits filed against him.
He is currently in federal custody and has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges.
According to BBC, Combs’ legal team has yet to comment on the latest accusations.
