King Charles III and Queen Camilla are planning a visit to Australia and Samoa in October, marking the King’s first official overseas tour since being diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.
Despite health concerns, Buckingham Palace has confirmed the royal couple’s itinerary, which includes engagements in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales, as well as participation in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa.
Their visit will exclude New Zealand based on medical advice against extended travel.
This tour underscores the King’s commitment to fulfilling his duties amidst ongoing health challenges.
