Mike Tyson and Jake Paul have postponed their much-anticipated July boxing match. Tyson, 56, had a medical emergency due to an ulcer flare-up while flying on May 26, leaving him dizzy and nauseous.

Doctors advised him to rest and do light training for a few weeks. To ensure both fighters have equal prep time, they decided to delay the match.

Tyson plans to return to full training soon and expects the fight to be rescheduled later this year at AT&T Stadium.

Tyson thanked fans for their support, assuring them he’ll be back in top form. He told Paul that the delay won’t save him from being knocked out.

Paul also supports the postponement, wanting Tyson at his best. Fans who already bought tickets can use them for the new date.
