Anthony Madu, the young ballet dancer who gained fame through a viral video, has transcended his humble beginnings in Lagos to secure a scholarship at the prestigious Elmhurst Ballet School in Birmingham.

Hollywood actress Viola Davis’ tweet of his rain-soaked pirouettes led to opportunities, including a scholarship at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School.

Despite initial challenges, Anthony is thriving in his new environment, inspiring other aspiring dancers in Africa.

His story is set to reach a wider audience through an upcoming Disney documentary titled ‘Madu.’
