Prominent politician Enoch Teye Mensah, also known as ET, has passed away at the age of 77. He was a long-time member of the National Democratic Congress, held important roles in education, youth, and sports, and even served as Mayor of Accra.
He represented the Council of State for the Greater Accra Region as well. He died in South Africa on a Sunday evening.
This sad event happened just a day after former First Lady Theresa Kufuor also passed away.
