Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has entered a not guilty plea to charges of illegally owning a handgun at a Delaware courthouse.

Hunter Biden, 53, is accused of lying about using drugs when he bought a gun in 2018. He says he didn’t break the law, even though he admits to using crack cocaine at the time.

If found guilty, he could be in prison for up to 25 years. He faces three charges – two for lying about his drug use and one for having a gun while using drugs.

The gun was found by his brother’s widow, who got rid of it because she was worried he might harm himself. There was a plan to settle the case, but it fell apart.

Hunter also had some tax issues, but they were dropped.

However, they might come up again. This situation might continue while his father is running for president.
