Meghan Markle, 43, made a surprise appearance at a charity event in Los Angeles on October 5, supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), as reported by Parade.

She wore a stunning fire-engine red dress by Carolina Herrera, which featured a low-cut U-shaped neckline and a front slit. Her matching red heels and soft, casual waves in her hair added to her stylish look.

Fans quickly praised her outfit online, with many calling her “elegant” and saying she looked “like fine wine,” according to Parade.

This isn’t the first time Markle has worn the dress. She was seen in the same outfit back in 2021, but with an overskirt that gave the ensemble extra volume, shared Parade.

At the event, she connected with nurses, hospital staff, and young patients, showing her appreciation for the hard work of the hospital.

Speaking about her visit, Meghan, a mother to Archie and Lilibet, said, “No parent wants to need a hospital like this, but if you do, Children’s Hospital LA is the best place to be,” according to Parade.

Prince Harry wasn’t at the event as he was traveling in Africa, where he attended a panel discussion in Johannesburg earlier this month.

Markle’s appearance and ongoing support of the hospital earned her more praise, with fans online celebrating her dedication and kindness, noted Parade.
