Samsung’s latest foldable phones, showcased at the annual Unpacked event in Paris, introduce cutting-edge technology aimed at attracting traditional smartphone users.

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 have been redesigned to be lighter and slimmer while incorporating advanced AI features.

These include improved durability, extended battery life, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor optimized for AI tasks.

Despite these enhancements, the new models come at a higher price point: starting at $1,899.99 for the Z Fold 6 and $1,099.99 for the Z Flip 6.

Samsung is banking on AI to enhance user productivity and experience. Features like Note Assist for transcription and live translations during calls, as well as AI-driven text suggestions in Samsung Keyboard, aim to redefine how users interact with their devices.

The inclusion of Google’s AI assistant Gemini further expands functionality, offering assistance with tasks like web searches and content creation.

Beyond smartphones, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Ring, a smart wearable that monitors health metrics such as temperature and sleep patterns.

Priced at $399.99, the Ring competes with leading smart rings in the market, emphasizing convenience and health tracking in a compact form factor.

The event also unveiled Galaxy Buds 3 with new features like interpreter mode for real-time translations and improved touch controls.

These updates highlight Samsung’s commitment to integrating AI across its product lineup, aiming to set new standards in technology innovation and user convenience.
