Elon Musk says Tesla investors are overwhelmingly supporting his massive payout and plans to move the company’s legal base to Texas.
Shareholders are voting on these proposals, which include a controversial pay deal originally valued at $56 billion.
A court had previously blocked the deal, calling it unfair, but Tesla is pushing for a new vote.
The outcome will be officially announced soon.
